When you are starting a new radio, or, upgrading an existing one it is vital to choose the system elements to fit for your need and fit together. Sometimes it is tough to get the perfect solution. Spending eighteen years in the radio businnes we have learned the importance of providing a complete solution for our customers. A twelve year collaboration with Radio Blue Danube led into a new installation.
"There are many ON AIR delivery systems on the market there are some music scheduling systems, even some NEWS systems, and some traffic system too. But looking around the market we could not found a system which could cover all our tasks, except NAUTILUS."- said Alex Holdampf the co-owner of Radio Blue Danube. "We are running four stations in a network, and there are additional two to start. All stations are running on the same music scheduling, but with different news, and commercial blocks. We were looking at quite a few system, each has its advantages, but none of them offered the flexibility of Nautilus."
At Blue Danube all the four channel has different length of commercial blocks, different news blocks, but they use the same music at each station. First the traffic system NAUTILUS AdLine creates the traffic logs for each channel, then the music scheduler NAUTILUS DJ creates the playlist for each station. The NAUTILUS DJ creates not only the music playlist, but it automatically integrates the commercial blocks too, and the jingles, and promos will also inserted into the playlist. The playlist is then read into the ON-AIR delivery system called NAUTILUS JUKEBOX. The NAUTILUS NEWS porgram will fill the NEWS blocks which place has been left empty in the schedule.
"The best thing is, that the system is so simple that anyone could learn it withing a few days" said Alex.
Working closely with our customers we always doing refinements on different parts of our system to make it more comfortable to our users.
